CSC d.o.o. was founded by Marko Zečević (building contractor in Austria), and acts as an intermediary body between builders and the executing companies as builders' representatives. We accompany our customers from the search for a property to moving in and beyond.
The realization of a real estate construction often causes headaches, especially if this property is to be built/bought in a foreign country with foreign laws, rules, processes and also a unique mentality.
Unfortunately, many executing companies, as in every other country, don't work according to standards. The touch-up / rework is often very expensive and associated with considerable time and headaches.
